Day 5 : i wanty to go home and the day i all most cryied

well it started like any other day pasck up the tent eat breakfast suger puff, oats and musley. I then set off in to sun and sun stayed there all day so i was cook, ans wind was against me all ways againt me too, well after about 20 km the clothes i had straped tp the back of the bike had disapeared so i had to go back and look for them, which i did. after that a bunge cord broke so i had to rearage every thing which made think i need to reduces my load so ill be doing tomorrow and sending the excess home. Any way that is was just a long hard crawl to riga, now i was not in the best of moods for one the idea of wind against me all the way germany had got me down combined with heat i was not in a happy place. so while on some sort of level i relieased the country side that i was going past was in fact quite nice

so any way i made my way to riga only after drinking 4 litres of water two cans of Coke cola and a can sprite. when i got here trying to find some where to stay took me a hour at which point i concidered stay at a hotel but thank fully found a cheap little hostel in the very centre on town. ill be staying for to nights and will hopefully be able to find a fuel bottle here while enjoying the sites.

the old city which im staying is lovely, ill post picturs tonight of it.

  4. Yes I have done it, don't know how, a bit like your phone which I think I have now mastered but there were several occasions I wanted to chuck the thing over the balcony. Watched BBC Sherlock Holmes with Jayne on Sat and watched the last episode last night it was brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Received your text and am praying for you. I think you must of got dehydrated and probably tired. You are doing really well and glad you have met some good people on the way as we prayed. Just aim to get to Germany and rethink from there. Enjoy your 2 days don't send too much home you might need it at some stage.

I love you lots, am seeing Lesley this afternoon she send her love. Matt is enjoying the survival week and will hear more of that.
