Well David, its all very character building.lol You need to get some factor 50 sun cream and put it on quite thickly.
ReplyDeleteJust keep pedaling....100miles in a day is quite a lot my friend....you can always ease off the gas a bit !
ReplyDeleteWell David you sure are having one problem after another so learning as you go along you will be more prepared for next time. Glad you did'nt get any splinters so avoided that problem. When do you get to the easy bits? Lots of love G and G. xxxx
ReplyDeleteHi David,
ReplyDeleteMatt came back today from his survival week away. He was given some excellent sun cream which is advanced formula DELPH sun lotion 25 high protection. Might be worth looking out for some. cover up next time and drink plenty of water you don't want to get sun stroke. Thanks for the early text this morning about the Boar. And take it easy. Hope you manage to get the Ferry to Germany and have an easier time with some rest. Miss you loads. MUM XXXXXXXXXXXXx
99 miles, good going - you will be there before you know it! Happy peddling!
